10/20 Update:
Dear Families,
Wow! It's hard to imagine that it's only been 3 sleeps away! We can't wait to hear about the Chewonki experience. After breakfast, students will work as a group to pack up their belongings and encampments. They are set to depart Chewonki at 11 a.m. to head back to Brooklyn. The current plan is for the group to stop for two rest stops -- one to stretch their legs and the other to pick up food for an early dinner. Based on Google Maps, they are projected to be in Darien, CT around 5:00 p.m. At that point, we will get an update and ETA. Our best guess is they arrive around 7/7:30, but we will make sure to update here once we have a better sense.
10/17 Update:
Dear Families,
We will update this page with information regarding students' arrival back to campus on Friday. The current plan is for the buses to leave Chewonki at 11 a.m., which means they would arrive back at 181 on Friday evening.
More information to come.
