10/17 Departure Information

We will be departing campus at 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 17th. Please arrive on campus between 4:00 a.m. and 4:15 a.m. to meet the chaperones in the 181 Lincoln Place courtyard. When you arrive, please check in with Ms. Taketomo. The building will be open at 4:00 a.m. if anyone wants to use the bathroom & fill water bottles before saying goodbyes and boarding the bus.

The chaperones are working hard to design activities and moments of rest on the bus ride to Chewonki. There is a bathroom available on the bus, but we are also planning to have a mid-trip rest stop to stretch our legs and use the bathroom. Our wonderful cafeteria team will provide breakfast to-go bags, and we have purchased snacks for the ride.
